Can we get the e-bikes delivered to our accommodation?
Yes, you can easily have your bikes delivered to where you are staying. The cost of this service depends on the distance from our base for up to five bikes. It doesn’t depend on the number of bikes that need to be delivered. An email must be sent to request this service, and you will receive a price quote.
Why can’t the fee for the local guide be paid online?
The fee for the local guide cannot be paid online. This service is offered by a third party, so the guide must be paid directly at the time of the tour.
What happens in the case of damage to the bikes?
In the case of any damage to the rental bike by the client, the cost will be charged to the client. The bikes are checked by our staff together with the client before leaving and are checked with the client upon their return.
What happens in the case of an e-bike getting stolen?
In case of theft, the value of the bike as declared in the rental agreement will be charged to the client. The value corresponds to the list price of the rented product.
What happens if I have an accident?
In case of an accident, you must notify the authorities. The rental company holds no responsibility in this situation as the client is the rider and, as such, will be held responsible for their actions in the civil and criminal court of law.
What do I do if I have any problems on my ride?
A recovery service is not included for the ride. In case of any problems, we will have to make arrangements for pickup, which includes the amount of time necessary to organize this service.
